The Improvising Musicians of Ottawa/Outaouais (IMOO) are extremely excited to announce our second improvised music festival, IMOOFEST 2013.

Taking place between November 8th and November 10th at Ottawa’s GIGSPACE, IMOOFEST 2013 will showcase nine acts over three days.  The festival will feature iconic Canadian improvisors Christine Duncan and Jean Martin, Ellwood Epps and Joshua Zubot’s Land of Marigold, and the IMOO Chamber Orchestra, and a selection of established local artists.

We’re reaching out to you, our community of listeners, performers, colleagues, businesses and friends to help make this festival happen.  As far as festivals go, our budget is small.  We’d like to raise around $1000 in ticket sales and donations, and are hoping you’ll chip in.

Please specify which days you would like tickets for! Space at Gigspace is limited to 47 seats, so please only buy tickets to days that you will go to!  We’d hate to turn people away or have an empty house!

$250 – Tickets to three days of the festival + T-shirt + CD + lessons with both Linsey Wellman and Craig Pedersen
$500 – Tickets to three days of the festival + T-shirt + CD + lesson + a private house concert from Craig Pedersen and Linsey Wellman
